Structured a tax free sale under IRC § 1031 for a complex sale and purchase of commercial and residential property.
Represented lenders in both residential and commercial transactions.
Represented a private lender in obtaining a foreclosure on a variety of business properties and other assets, and the subsequent sale of the foreclosed properties resulting in a recovery of all costs as well as the interest and principal of the loan.

Represented a transportation company in the sale of a wholly-owned subsidiary and obtained all necessary governmental approvals for same.
Represented a developer in obtaining administrative variance to building requirements resulting in savings of more than $200,000 in construction costs.
Represented corporate client in negotiating a settlement of a major lawsuit, resulting a savings of more than $900,000.00.
Structured a succession plan for a closely-held company so that the children managers could transition into control of the business while compensating senior family members and siblings uninvolved in the business.
Regularly prepares Wills, Estate Plans, and Trusts for individual clients.
